Job Description
Salary: £29,328
Working 5 days over 7
Hours worked between 8.30am – 11pm
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the Cafe and Bar , ensuring smooth service across the Pre theatre dining

Lead and motivate staff to maintain high service standards

Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring

Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and discretion

Ensure the catering areas maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Support the management team in implementing policies and enhancing service offerings

Oversee events and private functions as required
Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues effectively

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
